Large, local apartment management company predominantly in Baltimore County is seeking qualified carpenter/handyman to join our team renovating and upgrading existing apartments with new door and hardware packages, new plumbing fixtures, and installation of cabinets, vanities, tile, vinyl plank flooring, and washers and dryers.

Requirements:

• 1-year prior multi-family service experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper use of various tools including power tools and other equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
