Your Job

• Digitally design and fabricate all manners of dental implants with an emphasis on quality.
• Manage the workflow of IOS scans sent from the customer to the manufacturer.
• Time management of all manufacturing requirements in the digital department
• Review each Rx in detail; inspect all work to ensure all quality standards and client requests are being met.
• Work with the existing CAD team and implement best practices in 3D printing, post processing, and finishing of appliances.
• Speak with doctors on design and material topics, presenting best treatment plan.
• Implement 3Shape/exoCAD software and ensure design protocols are being followed.
• Assist in sorting incoming cases from manufactures,
• Designing custom abutments
• Communicate daily with Digital Manager about any defects or issues related to quality specifications and/or internal and external client requests or requirements.

Your Skills

• Knowledge of dental anatomy
• Strong computer skills, with ability to work in multiple software platforms.
• Must know IOS platforms.
• Understands digital workflow.
• Able to identify Scanbodies

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining quality work.

Knowledge of PTC methods and procedures

Location:

This position is located in Smithfield RI. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Texas, Rhode Island, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.

Interview Process

As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved.

1. Information Screening : The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
2. Panel Interview : 60-minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job’s functions.
3. Offer : The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
