Payroll Coordinator

• The Payroll Coordinator will assist in processing Bi Weekly Union Payroll (120EE's)
• Assist in processing and file Monthly union reports (35)
• Process unemployment claims
• Process layoffs
• Verification of employment
• Assist with Accounts Payable
• Data entry
• Prepare labor reporting for cost plus jobs
• Cross train weekly union hourly payroll
• Cross train biweekly management payroll

Requirements for the Payroll Coordinator

• 2+ years payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Union payroll experience, a plus
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
• Strong Excel skills
