Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Accounting & the Payroll Manager to generate a high volume of payroll reports for agencies
• Process payroll for 150+ employees
• Assist with union reporting
• Collection, processing, & distribution of weekly union data
• Interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries

Qualifications:

• 1+ years relevant bookkeeping/payroll experience preferred
• Union payroll experience is a plus!
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proven professional communication skills
• Eager to join & learn from a strong team!
